What the heck are capers??

The plant is best known for the edible flower buds (capers), often used as a seasoning, and the fruit (caper berry), both of which are usually consumed pickled.

Anxiety re cooking makes me queen of the slow cooker.  But one pot dishes like the Pork Chop and Vegetable Medley I have made turned out great!

This dish needed some spicing up so added more pepper and garlic.  Used whole wheat noodles.  10 year old liked it!! Friend Edna liked it.
