Follow Jennifer's diet!

This lady lost 102 pounds.  She did all sensible things, exercise, healthy eating.  Of the four tips she gave I already do three of them but the forth is:
Nix late-night noshing
So no eating for me for three hours before bedtime which would make it 9pm!  Bye popcorn, cheese and crackers.
